摘要

在智能制造快速发展的背景下,机电设备的可靠性成为保障生产效率与产品质量的核心环节。本文以可靠性提升为主要论点,从智能感知、数据驱动的健康管理、预测性维护、冗余设计与自适应控制等方面进行探讨,阐述了新一代信息技术与机电系统融合对提高设备稳定性和寿命的重要作用。通过系统性技术路径的梳理,强调了多学科交叉与智能化手段在故障预防和性能优化中的关键地位,为推动机电设备在复杂工况下的长期稳定运行提供理论支撑与技术参考。

Abstract

Against the backdrop of rapid development in intelligent manufacturing, the reliability of electromechanical equipment has become a critical factor in ensuring production efficiency and product quality. This paper focuses on reliability enhancement, exploring aspects such as intelligent sensing, data-driven health management, predictive maintenance, redundant design, and adaptive control. It elaborates on how the integration of next-generation information technology with electromechanical systems significantly improves equipment stability and service life. Through systematic analysis of technical pathways, the paper emphasizes the pivotal role of interdisciplinary collaboration and intelligent approaches in fault prevention and performance optimization, providing theoretical support and technical references for ensuring long-term stable operation of electromechanical equipment under complex working conditions.
