自动化包装系统在民用炸药生产中的防静电措施优化

摘要

在民用炸药生产过程中,自动化包装系统的应用大幅提升了生产效率,但同时也面临显著的静电安全隐患。静电释放极易引发火花,进而诱发爆炸事故,严重威胁生产安全。本文以防静电措施优化为研究核心,分析当前自动化包装环节中静电产生的主要环节与类型,探讨现有技术的不足,并提出基于材料改进、接地系统升级与智能监控融合的综合防控策略。通过模拟实验与现场验证,本文证实优化方案能有效降低静电风险,为民用炸药生产企业提供安全可行的技术路径支持。

Abstract

In the production process of civil explosives, the application of automated packaging systems has greatly improved production efficiency, but at the same time, it also faces significant electrostatic safety hazards. Electrostatic discharge can easily generate sparks, which in turn trigger explosion accidents and seriously threaten production safety. Focusing on the optimization of anti-static measures, this paper analyzes the main links and types of static electricity generation in the current automated packaging process, discusses the shortcomings of existing technologies, and proposes a comprehensive prevention and control strategy based on material improvement, grounding system upgrading and intelligent monitoring integration. Through simulation experiments and on-site verification, this paper confirms that the optimized scheme can effectively reduce electrostatic risks and provide safe and feasible technical path support for civil explosives production enterprises.
