摘要
水电厂辅机系统作为水电站运行中的关键辅助设备,其能耗问题日益受到关注。传统异步电机在长期运行中存在效率低、维护频繁等问题,限制了系统的整体能效水平。本文以永磁电机在水电厂辅机系统的改造应用为研究对象,探讨其在节能降耗方面的实际效益。通过对比分析改造前后电机的运行效率、功率因数及能耗数据,评估永磁电机在不同工况下的节电效果,并结合具体案例进行经济性与可行性论证。永磁电机的应用可显著降低辅机系统的电能消耗,提升系统运行稳定性,具有良好的推广价值和应用前景。

Abstract
As a key auxiliary equipment in the operation of hydropower stations, the energy consumption of the auxiliary system in hydropower plants has increasingly attracted attention. Traditional asynchronous motors have problems such as low efficiency and frequent maintenance during long-term operation, which restrict the overall energy efficiency level of the system. This paper takes the application of permanent magnet motors in the retrofit of auxiliary systems in hydropower plants as the research object to explore their practical benefits in energy conservation and consumption reduction. By comparing and analyzing the operation efficiency, power factor, and energy consumption data of the motors before and after the retrofit, the power saving effects of permanent magnet motors under different working conditions are evaluated. Additionally, economic and feasibility demonstrations are conducted combined with specific cases. The application of permanent magnet motors can significantly reduce the power consumption of auxiliary systems, improve the operational stability of the systems, and has good promotion value and application prospects.
