摘要

设备点检既是一种管理方法,也是一种管理制度。为了延长设备的寿命周期,并确保在寿命周期内设备的各项功能能满足企业的生产需求,防止因设备故障而造成的安全、环境和产品质量问题的发生,对设备进行早期检查、故障诊断和早期维修。设备点检是一种预防的、主动的设备检查过程,是设备运行阶段管理的核心。无论在设备状态管理,还是在设备技术管理中,点检制度都将起到重要的作用。设备管理的目的是为了企业生存和发展服务;通过科学的管理,创造良好的设备使用,维护环境,提高设备开机率,降低维修成本,确保企业发展,经济效益稳步增长。

Abstract

Equipment spot check is not only a management method, but also a management system. In order to prolong the life cycle of equipment, ensure that all functions of equipment can meet the production needs of enterprises during the life cycle, and prevent the occurrence of safety, environment and product quality problems caused by equipment failure, early inspection, fault diagnosis and early maintenance of equipment are carried out. Equipment spot inspection is a preventive and active equipment inspection process, which is the core of equipment operation stage management. The spot check system will play an important role in both equipment condition management and equipment technology management. The purpose of equipment management is to serve the survival and development of enterprises; Through scientific management, we can create good equipment use, maintain the environment, improve the operating rate of equipment, reduce maintenance costs, ensure the development of enterprises, and steadily increase economic benefits.
