摘要

防爆电气设施主要应用在易燃易爆场所环境中，其设计、选型、安装都有严格要求，防爆电气设施选型主要依据爆炸环境防爆区域划分、场所使用易燃易爆物质组别、保护级别等，在设计阶段要进行防爆区域划分并添加设计说明，以便选型要按设计要求实施。施工过程为践行环节，主要为防爆设施产品合格性选择和安装，施工安装过程一个螺栓未安装或未拧紧都会大大减弱防爆效果，所以安装完成要进行自检。验收对设计和施工进行检查评估。监督检查是对运行过程检查，每个环节缺一不可，才能保证设施可靠性及完整性，本文介绍防爆电气设施选用和安装验收相关要求。
