摘要

在新时代发展下，人民生活品质日益提高，越来越多的电器设备进入到人们的日常生产和生活中，与此同时，人们对于电力设备上的需求也在不断提高，电力资源已经成了一项极为重要的民生资源。在电力行业中，所有涉及到电力服务的内容均需要电力工程作为支撑，可见，电力工程建设在电力行业发展中起到举足轻重的作用，所以要切实做好电力工程建设的保障工作。但就目前来看，在电力工程施工过程中仍然会受到一些因素的影响而导致工程的施工质量、进度等出现问题，因此，在电力工程管理中应用进度管理时，应当对可能影响工程建设的因素展开全面、系统性的分析，努力提高管理质量。

Abstract

Under the development of the new era, people's quality of life is improving day by day, and more and more electrical equipment has entered people's daily production and life. At the same time, people's demand for power equipment is also increasing, and power resources have been become an extremely important livelihood resource. In the electric power industry, all the contents related to electric power services need the support of electric power engineering. It can be seen that electric power engineering construction plays a pivotal role in the development of the electric power industry, so it is necessary to do a good job in guaranteeing the construction of electric power engineering. However, from the current point of view, some factors will still be affected during the construction of electric power projects, which will lead to problems in the construction quality and progress of the project. A comprehensive and systematic analysis of factors has been carried out, and efforts have been made to improve the quality of management.
